Mrs. Ifeanyi Joy Udoroh is a passionate Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, called to ignite lives with purpose and divine fulfillment. She is the Founder and President of Men and Women of Passion and Purpose, a global impact ministry devoted to helping men, women, youth, teens, and children discover their God-given destiny and walk in the fullness of Christ. Through this platform, she has touched lives in tangible ways—placing hundreds of children on yearly scholarships, empowering widows, and setting up countless men and women in small-scale businesses both within and outside Nigeria. She hosts the weekly Global Prayerline on YouTube where men and women come together to hear the Word of God and pray the Word of God. At the heart of this outreach is the Heaven’s Call Center, established in multiple states and regions worldwide. The Center houses a shelter, providing temporary refuge for those in need, and operates a kitchen where men, women, and children are fed every other week. It also includes the Secretariat, where the ministry’s administrative work is carried out. The ministry further runs viewing centers and community groups across Nigeria and beyond, extending its mission to meet both spiritual and practical needs. Every Saturday, people gather in these centers to pray, hear the Word, and fellowship together. Truly, she is a woman with a big heart. She hosts the - School of Purpose, School of the Word, Healing School, School of the Ministry and The Holy Ghost School,- all arms of the Ministry. Beyond ministry, she is a seasoned Professional Health Care Consultant and the visionary Founder of Pearls Tender Care in Texas, USA, where compassion meets excellence in service. As a Finance and Purpose Coach, she equips individuals to align their resources and lives with kingdom principles, empowering them to thrive both spiritually and practically. Her innovative spirit has also birthed transformative platforms, and she is the owner of : - Mettlove – A mentorship app designed to foster friendship and build authentic relationships among women. It provides safe spaces where women can feel at home without bias, offering small groups for those navigating mental health challenges, business development, abuse recovery, and purpose discovery. It is a social platform where women can be free to be themselves, connect with Christian women worldwide, share ideas, and plan events. At its core, mentorship is the high point, modeled in the order of Instagram but with a kingdom-centered vision. - Joyfolks – A Christian social platform that encourages networking and spiritual growth. It hosts dedicated prayer groups, including a 24-hour prayer group, and provides access to Christian resources, spirit-filled materials, and authors. It is a hub for believers to connect, grow, and continually be exposed to the richness of Christian fellowship. Her life is a testimony of grace and dedication, a woman of faith, wisdom, and influence. Above all, she treasures her roles as a loving wife to Mr. Jude Irikefe Udoroh and devoted mother of six beautiful children— Blessing, Michael, Anita, Tyrone, Teejay, and Princess Elora. In balancing family, ministry, and professional calling, she exemplifies the harmony of divine purpose lived out in everyday life. Through her voice, vision, and leadership, Ifeanyi Joy Udoroh continues to inspire countless lives to pursue passion, embrace purpose, and shine with the glory of God.

Dr. Odemi Oyowoli Soluade, Esq. is a Doctor of Education, lawyer, International Peace Ambassador, gospel minister, author, and songwriter. She serves as the Vice President of Men and Women of Passion and Purpose, where she is dedicated to raising faith-filled leaders who make a lasting impact. She is the publisher of Icon Magazine and the author of several inspirational books, using her writing and ministry to encourage people to trust God, embrace their purpose, and live with courage. A devoted wife, mother, and lover of God, she believes that true purpose is found only in Christ.

Pastor Mrs. Eloho Iyase is the Global Coordinator of Men and Women of Passion and Purpose and Co-Lead Pastor of Living Realm Assembly. She is a purpose-driven leader and mentor dedicated to empowering women and young maidens to discover their identity and fulfill God’s purpose. Through teaching and mentorship, she has equipped many to lead and serve with excellence. Pastor Eloho ministers with compassion, wisdom, and a passion for transformed lives. She is happily married to Pastor Osaze Iyase and is blessed with four children.

Gladys Joshua serves as the Global Office Administrator of Men and Women of Passion and Purpose (MWOPP), overseeing administrative operations, ministry communications, event coordination, and organizational growth. An educational psychologist and ministry leader, she is passionate about leadership development, discipleship, and helping people fulfill their God-given purpose. Known for her excellence, integrity, and dedication to service, Gladys is a devoted Christian and loving mother committed to advancing God’s Kingdom through effective leadership and administration.

A God-fearing man from Rivers State, Nigeria, happily married to a wonderful wife and blessed with lovely children. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of EMMAINO HOMES & MULTI SERVICES LTD and its subsidiary companies. Based in Abuja, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nigeria.

Pastor Osaze Iyase is the Lead Pastor of Living Realm Assembly and the Pastoral Team Lead for Discipleship and Counseling at Men and Women of Passion and Purpose Global Impact Ministry. A teacher, coach, and mentor, he is passionate about helping people discover their identity in Christ through sound biblical teaching, practical wisdom, and intentional discipleship. He is happily married to Pastor Eloho Iyase and is deeply committed to serving God, strengthening families, and raising Kingdom-minded leaders.

Pst. Matthew Abel Adigbo is a passionate teacher of God’s Word and a dedicated kingdom builder committed to raising men and women of purpose. He is known for sound biblical teaching, practical discipleship, and helping believers discover and fulfill their God-given calling. Through teaching, counseling, and leadership, he inspires people to grow in intimacy with God, live out Christlike character, and demonstrate His power in every sphere of life. His life’s passion is to see a generation that not only hears God but obeys and manifests Him.

Henry Chibogu Idagbue is a Business and IT professional with a passion for serving God and people. As the Assistant Welfare Coordinator of Men and Women of Passion and Purpose, he has faithfully served in the ministry since its inception. He is committed to supporting the welfare of members, is happily married with two children, and is inspired by Galatians 6:10 to do good, especially to fellow believers.

Margaret Henry is an author, ministry worker, and dedicated servant of God who oversees the activities of Men and Women of Passion and Purpose in the Northern Zone. Passionate about biblical teaching, discipleship, and spiritual transformation, she is committed to helping people discover their God-given identity and purpose. A proud mother of three, she advocates for raising Christ-centered families and inspiring lives that reflect God’s grace, love, and purpose.

I am Mercy Idagbue. I serve as the Zonal Coordinator for the East, West and South Zones, and also as a member of the Choir team in the Men and Women of Passion and Purpose. A Business, Fashion and Hair professional by trade, I use both my platform and my passion to reach people. I have been a member of the ministry for 2 years and remain committed to winning souls and leading people into God’s presence through the Word and worship, because I believe every song is an opportunity to draw hearts to Christ. I am married and blessed with 2 children.
