1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Men and Women of Passion and Purpose (“MWPP,” “WOPP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at https://woppandmopp.com and the WOPP mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. User Accounts

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk.

3. Membership Subscriptions

MWPP may offer paid memberships or subscriptions that unlock content, library access, classes, or other features. Subscription details, pricing, billing period, and benefits are presented at purchase. Membership access continues while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

4. Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchase a subscription or digital product on an Apple device, payment is charged to your Apple ID account through Apple In-App Purchase. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed according to Apple’s App Store terms. To cancel auto-renewal, use your Apple ID subscription settings. MWPP cannot process Apple refunds directly.

5. Google Play Purchases

If you purchase a subscription or digital product on an Android device, payment is charged through Google Play Billing. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are managed according to Google Play policies. To cancel auto-renewal, use your Google Play subscription settings. MWPP cannot process Google Play refunds directly.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
  • Scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Services
  • Share account credentials or redistribute paid content without permission
  • Upload malware or content that infringes others’ rights
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with MWPP

7. Intellectual Property

The Services, including branding, logos, design, text, audio, video, graphics, and software, are owned by MWPP or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.

8. Ministry Content

Sermons, teachings, devotionals, and other ministry materials are provided for spiritual edification and personal use. You may not copy, republish, sell, or commercially exploit ministry content without prior written permission from MWPP, except where sharing features or fair use expressly allow limited personal sharing.

9. Events

Event listings, schedules, locations, and registration details on the website or App are informational and may change. MWPP is not responsible for third-party venue policies, travel arrangements, or personal expenses related to attendance unless expressly stated in a separate event agreement.

10. Library Access

Library, class, or media access may depend on membership status. Access ends when a subscription expires, is cancelled, or is revoked for Terms violations. Downloaded or cached materials remain subject to these Terms and may become unavailable after access ends.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion as described on our Account Deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Services, or if we discontinue a feature. Provisions that by nature should survive (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute-related clauses) will survive termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MWPP and its leaders, volunteers, partners, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to MWPP (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
